Why vegan?

There are three reasons we serve a vegan menu: because it’s a great way to reduce environmental footprint, because it’s a great way to show appreciation for all life, and because it’s a great way to take care of our bodies. Here’s how we view physical health…

We are woven by the foods we eat; they build our bodies from the inside out, power our every move, and catalyze turning thoughts into things. Food is both our biggest ally to live at our full potential and our greatest enemy in the fight against illness. That’s why food is the smartest, easiest, and most effective way to transform our health.

Numerous studies from Harvard, etc, etc, etc, conclude that vegan diets are associated with numerous benefits, including lower blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and reduced body weight. Improving these health metrics with a vegan diet lowers the risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and other major diseases.

Understanding that most of our guests may be new to vegan food, we are fanatic about our menu and aim to showcase truly creative and delightful dishes that delight our guests with meals that go far beyond typical plant-based, vegetarian, and vegan fare.
